You will never have to worry about on-device storage or losing important files, but the trade-off is that you lose a bit of privacy and security.
The option to automatically save media to Gallery is back with renewed vigor: saving media can now be enabled and disabled separately for chats with users, groups or channels. Telegram offers plenty of options for customization to make the app feel like a truly personal experience.
